C7 Device Recycle Return Policy:

We buy and sell used wireless devices and although we fully test each device, it is impossible to predict if and when a technical failure may occur. Buyer may also decide to return the device for any reason within 30 days. Therefore we offer the following return policy: 

We accept returns for 30 days following receipt of item. Buyer pays for return postage and must request an RMA from C7 prior to returning the product. Upon receipt of returned product in the same condition it was shipped, a full refund will be issued less a 10% restocking fee based on the full retail price before coupons and special sale prices are applied. If free shipping was provided for the order, then the shipping cost will also be deducted from the refund.

Special Pre-Order or Sale priced units can only be returned for STORE CREDIT and are not eligible for a cash refund.

If there is a defect that was not discovered during testing, C7 will provide a pre-paid label for the return via email and issue a full refund of the original payment or provide store credit for an exchange.

The device must be returned in the condition it was shipped including original operating system without modifications or damage as a result of misuse by the buyer.

Returns are processed within 3 business days and the return period will not be extended beyond 30 days as we can not offer an indefinite warranty or return period on used wireless devices.
